Listening

[Proverbs 1:5] Lord, please help us to be wise and to hear; to increase in learning, so that as we understand, we may obtain guidance. [James 1:19] As beloved Brothers, help us to be quick to hear, slow to speak, slow to anger. [Proverbs 25:12] Please remind us that like a gold ring or an ornament of gold is a wise reprover to a listening ear. [Matthew 11:15] He who has ears to hear, let him hear. [Proverbs 1:8-9] Help us to hear, as sons, our father’s instruction, and forsake not our mother’s teaching; for they are a graceful garland for our heads and pendants for our necks. [John 8:47] For whoever is of God hears the words of God. [Proverbs 19:20] May we always listen to advice and accept instruction, that we may gain wisdom in the future. Please help us always to be active listeners and to always seek the Lord with a heart of Gratitude. We ask you this in Jesus’ name. Amen.
